I started my first publishing company while I was still at university (in Australia) and I’ve worked in publishing, writing and the media ever since.

I run Rethink Press, the premier hybrid publisher of business and self-development books authored by entrepreneurs. We have published over 300 titles since founding the business in 2011, and I have mentored hundreds of authors to plan and write their books as a writing coach and KPI Publish Mentor.

 I’m the author of 12 books – three novels and seven non-fiction books, including How To Write Your Book Without The Fuss, The WRITER Process and How To Write Fiction Without The Fuss. I am a speaker and trainer, with a post-grad diploma in teaching Creative Writing and Literacy.

In 2017 I founded and launched the Business Book Awards, which had its first Awards Event in March 2018. I was nominated for the NatWest EveryWoman Awards for female entrepreneurs in 2017.
